The presented work, titled "Firsthand Info from friend from city of Zabek," directly references the onslaught of fake news plaguing the Polish internet in the wake of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The false reports, disseminated by so-called Russian trolls, constitute one of many wartime tactics aimed at gaining supporters and justifying Russia's barbaric actions through insidious propaganda.

The entire composition resembles a war banner, incorporating fake news found on social networks using silk screen printing. The central element is the motif of the Sun Chariot, drawn from traditional Russian embroidery.
This symbol alludes to Slavic beliefs in which the perpetual journey of the sun represents an uninterrupted cycle. The embroidery adorning the presented object depicts the chariot transformed into a boat, which the sun uses after setting to travel along an underground river among the dead and malevolent spirits.
The work was presented in the pages of the artistic magazine of the 404 group, as well as at the post-competition exhibition of the VII Nationwide Collage-Assemblage Competition at the BWA Gallery in Olkusz in December 2023.
